Mumbai: Actress Kriti Sanon is making headlines not just for her upcoming projects but also for one of the most significant investments of her career. The Bollywood star has purchased a luxurious sea-facing duplex penthouse in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood, a property that reflects both her professional success and growing interest in premium real estate.

The lavish penthouse, located in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after residential areas, spans an impressive 6,636 square feet across the 14th and 15th floors of a newly developed building by Supreme Universal. Adding to its exclusivity is a sprawling 1,209-square-foot private terrace that offers panoramic views of the Arabian Sea.

According to reports, the property was registered at a value exceeding ₹84 crore, making it one of the most expensive residential transactions in Mumbai’s suburban market. The deal translates to an estimated rate of around ₹1.18 lakh per square foot.

Kriti purchased the luxurious home jointly with her mother, making it not only a major financial investment but also a significant family milestone. The acquisition includes six dedicated parking spaces and exclusive terrace rights, adding to the property’s premium appeal.

As a female homebuyer, the actress reportedly benefited from Maharashtra’s stamp duty concessions for women and is said to have paid approximately ₹3.91 crore in stamp duty charges.

The penthouse is not Kriti’s only real estate venture. The actress has also invested in a 2,000-square-foot plot in Alibaug, further strengthening her growing portfolio of high-value properties.

Interestingly, despite owning one of Mumbai’s most luxurious residences, Kriti currently resides in a rented upscale apartment in Andheri along with her sister, Nupur Sanon. Her newly acquired Bandra-Pali Hill penthouse is expected to become her most prized address in the city.

Meanwhile, the actress continues to remain in the spotlight professionally. Buzz surrounding Cocktail 2 has intensified, with Kriti reportedly sharing screen space with Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna.
