₹1300 Cr in 11 Days! Ranveer Singh Delivers One of Indian Cinema’s Biggest Hits

Mumbai: Ranveer Singh’s latest film, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, continues its phenomenal run at the box office, setting new benchmarks and rewriting records within just weeks of its release on March 19.
Originally expected to face stiff competition from Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups starring Yash, the film benefited from a solo release after Toxic was postponed to June 4. This strategic advantage helped Dhurandhar 2 dominate theatres nationwide.
The film has achieved a major milestone by surpassing the lifetime worldwide collection of its predecessor₹1,300 crore in just 11 days, a feat that highlights its massive popularity among audiences.
On its 15th day, the film recorded a slight dip in earnings. It collected ₹17.80 crore across 17,030 shows on its third Thursday, marking a 12% drop compared to ₹20.10 crore on Day 14. Despite the decline, the numbers remain strong, pushing the film’s total India gross to ₹1,122.17 crore and India net to ₹937.32 crore.
In regional markets, the film has recorded modest collections, with ₹0.10 crore in Kannada, ₹0.05 crore in Malayalam, ₹0.30 crore in Tamil, and ₹0.85 crore in Telugu.
With its stellar performance, Dhurandhar: The Revenge currently ranks as the fourth-highest-grossing Indian film of all time, the second-highest-grossing Hindi-language film globally, and the biggest Indian hit of 2026 so far.
The film boasts a strong ensemble cast including Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, along with Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Gaurav Gera, Danish Pandor, and Manav Gohil, many of whom reprise their roles from the first installment.
The story follows Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who evolves into Indian spy Hamza Ali Mazari, navigating a dangerous mix of political intrigue and the underworld in Lyari. The gripping narrative, combined with high-octane action and performances, has struck a chord with audiences, driving its exceptional box office success.
